Staff wise lovely, clearly love their job and all get on well. Only didnt get top scores for first one is due to being there 3 hours and a chunk of this was they have dinner break guessing at same time but i rang so this should have been mentioned to me and id have come later i was persuaded to come there and then as nobody waitng and then still ending up waiting 2 n half hours just need more staff or booking option for people who work.

Said it in above the waiting times arw ludicrous need more nurses or atleast allude to how long the wait will be when there or ringing up. Wasnt ever long waits when was at Russells hall. But i get its not staff fault if only a few of them.
