Clinician very knowledgable and friendly. I liked that she asked me how I was physically and emotionally I can imagine that helps a lot of patients. I liked that she was keen not to just throw out tablets and talked through other ways to manage my symptoms as opposed to antibiotics. Today was reassuring despite not being able to be tested.

No microbiologist on site so meant I could not get tested today which was disappointing. Also the signage points to the back car park, I parked at the back and no signage for entrance. I rang reception who explained how to get there but it’s worth improving your signage.
