Today I went into the pool clinic to get my contraceptive implant replaced and Every member of staff I interacted with was incredible, very kind funny and chatty. First there was the lovely receptionist TC, who was very friendly and welcoming and directed me on where to go straight away, I was then seen by Kirst and Nina who actually recognised me as kirst had done my first implant three years prior, I was actually quite nervous but seeing a familiar face immediately put me at ease, I felt entirely clued in on the process everything was explained to me, and I was comforted by both these wonderful women who happily chatted away with me during the whole process and had me laughing the whole time too! It was a very quick refit with literally no discomfort. YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST !!!! Thank you so much for always being so wonderful!! And then again I was met by TC on my way out who wished me well and again was very friendly ! These wonderful ladies made me feel so safe and cared for thank you all!!!

Staff were lovely and made sure I was comfortable with the procedure. I asked logs of questions that thay were more than happy to answer

I had a coil removed and a new one fitted as part of my HRT The two professionals who did my appointment were kind, considerate, informative and caring throughout my whole appointment They didn’t rush me they let me take the appointment at my pace.

The staff here are absolutely lovely. Always treated with such respect and compassion, and feel very heard.

Calm and respectful staff and no judgment

Everything was fantastic, such wonderful staff...always feel for Judy as I'm never easy to get blood out of ...my Tattoos don't help to see the veins but got there in the end. I had to ask advice and another colleague came in and they were both most helpful. I always feel the treatment I get is beyond the call of duty. Such a great relaxed feel. Never feel awkward baring in mind the things that have to be discussed. Thankyou all

Friendly , down to earth staff who made sure I was comfortable

I cannot praise the staff enough. I’m extremely grateful for being seen quickly and met by lovely, professionals, who listen and treat with you with kindness.

The two women who helped to fit my implant go the first time were lovely, welcoming and easy to talk to they gave me lots of Information about the implant and through doing so made me feel a lot more comfortable with the procedure. Not only were they professional but also they were very easy to joke and laugh with which helped me throughout the appointment.
