Brooks offer AMAZING accessible services which we as a country should be grateful for. Before turning 16 and joining college i didn’t even know places like Brook were available to me so easily, i knew about wish clinics but weren’t informed on them enough and felt judged at doctors surgeries I went to brooks for counselling and sexual health support and i couldn’t be happier with the care i received; everyone is lovely and open and you don’t feel judged at all, i want to come back just for a chat with the staff! The only thing i’ll say is sometimes it’s hard to get an appointment and even then you may be waiting for a long while with no updates as to why it also took over 2 weeks to get back blood test results which i only recieved when i prompted them with a phone call other than that i couldn’t recommend brooks enough...i just wish it was available until you’re 21! thank you for everything that you do
