The lady at reception didn't greet me very nicely, except from that sally, Tracey and ferity were amazing towards me. They gave me good advice and sorted me with the stuff I needed. And they had good energy made me laugh a lot and made me feel very welcome

We are however sorry to hear that you felt our reception staff did not treat you with the same level of friendliness and that you were not greeted nicely. We would like to reassure you that we take customer service very seriously and your experience should have been positive from start to finish. Dignity and respect are of paramount importance to us and we will be looking into this as a matter of priority. In order to improve our services and understand where we went wrong, we would greatly welcome further feedback.
