Visited recently for the first time and was impressed with the ease of access from booking an appointment via telephone and was impressed with the nurse who conducted my appointment. I was provided with all the information I needed along with allocated time in the session to ask any questions and discuss any concerns which was all answered and reassured. The process was easy and efficient and the staff was friendly and approachable making it easy to discuss any kind of matter.

I am really happy with my experience at the brook blackburn. i was treated very respectfully, Rebecca went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. she explained the whole process and explained all the available options to me. i highly recommend this place.

I would like to thank all the staff of Brook centre/Blackburn. They were all very kind and helpful. The nurse and the doctor were so kind and professional. I was so pleased that I went there and got the treatment as otherwise I was told to wait eleven month for an NHS referal.

The service were great and there is nothing better than how it actually is. I think they are doing a good job.

The nurses were lovely. They put me at ease as soon as I walked through the door. I was apprehensive coming to the appointment but was made to feel relaxed throughout. Everything was explained to me and information was given easy to understand way. I cannot recommend enough going to this service if you are unsure about being seen. There is no judgement.

I saw Margret at the Clinic and she was exceptional! She reassured me and made my experience so much calmer. I was feeling nervous as it was my very first time visiting a SH clinic but during the appointment she was so kind and gentle. She answered all my questions and was so approachable. Thank you Margret for an amazing experience!

I had my copper coil fitted and the staff was so friendly and supportive. She discussed everything in detail with me and talked me through the entire process as I was quite nervous. She made sure I was comfortable at every point and the process was really quick and smooth.
