The staff were absolutely lovely. Booking my appointment was easy and receptionist was great, I got an appointment within the week which was good. Dr. Ahmed was so lovely and made me feel comfortable and talked me through the procedure she was absolutely amazing and Ruby was there to hold my hand..thank you!!

I had my arm implant removed today by a lady who honestly calmed me so much.I’m terrified of needles ect and she took me through it all whilst using distraction therapy to calm me down. She was so kind and gave me good advice and information for what I would be doing going forward. The other staff who work on the front desk all are smiley and kind and the place is amazing itself. I would recommend this place to anybody 5 star !

The lady who I saw was very nice and very understanding and friendly

Waiting time was a bit long had an appointment at 1pm didn't get seen till 1.30pm

Was very nervous about getting my implant removed. The nurse was amazing. Kept me calm throughout and reassured me during the whole procedure. Very friendly.

I didn’t realise my implant had expired. I got through on the phone really quickly and got an appointment to replace it within about a week.

Arrived anxious and nervous, pleasantly surprised once inside the building, super kind, respectful and caring staff who put me at ease.

The receptionist was polite, nice and efficient. The nurse who did my implant was lovely, telling me the information I needed and because I was nervous she kept interacting with me in conversation, which past the time in the treatment. The room and waiting area was clean and inviting. All in all I had a wonderful experience and will see Brook again in three years time.

I can't think of anything at this time, everything was brilliant.
