Location was discreet and very modern looking from both the outside and inside. Reception was tucked around the corner so was difficult to spot on entering. Parking was on the street, Mincing Lane and was £1.50 for 30 minutes, I was there in total for 1 hour and so had to go and top up the parking. This was an additional stress which I didn’t need.

I went to have a coil fitted today & it’s something which I’ve never had before. The nurses were amazing - so calm, polite & happy (which is always lovely when you’re in a situation where you might feel some discomfort). They went through lots of the information that I needed to know with me in good detail & made me feel super relaxed when having the coil fitted. Both nurses were absolutely amazing! :)

I had my nexplanon implanted replaced here today and the whole experience was really lovely honestly! The lady who took care of me was very kind and considerate, and explained everything really well to me. It's been a great experience to know that such a great team of people are around to take care of people in what could normally be uncomfortable situations.

I don't think anything could've been done better!

Easy enough to book an appointment and the process was very professional. Staff were very friendly and considerate, making the whole experience more relaxed.

Nothing, felt very happy with the entire experience. Maybe add an option to make an appointment online as sometimes it can be uncomfortable to talk about problems over the phone.

Had the coil fitted, was so nervous but both ladies who looked after me were amazing. Made me feel at ease, explained the whole procedure throughout. Both very friendly.
