Upon arrival I was made to feel comfortable, the reception staff where friendly and helped me book my appointment.. once being called to be seen,, Tanuja guided me through everything I needed to know..making sure I understood each question being asked. She made me feel comfortable and reassured that everything is confidential as I was abit nervous about being there. Because of my experience I would recommend to anybody to be seen there and not to have any worries. I felt more comfortable there than I did in my own GP
