This was my first experience at Brook's and it was very pleasant, all the staff are very friendly and such a lovely bunch, my appointment was on-time and great care was provided in helping me to make a decision, I would absolutely recommend Brook's to anyone, thank you for such a wonderful experience

I'm trying to understand the building's discretion with signs not boldly being provided as I did struggle to locate the building in the pouring rain and very cold weather, the location is not hiden away and it's a clinic that provides a contraceptive healthcare service just like a GP surgery so why the discretion?
