Rachel was absolutely amazing, and did the job that Burnley General Hospital couldn't be bothered to do and a nurse at Darwen Health Centre wasn't able to do on two occasions. The hospital sent me back to my doctors surgery and the doctors surgery wanted to send me back to the hospital! I think she needs a raise for those facts alone. She was kind, respectful, personable, was patient and didn't give up when removing the coil - however difficult it was! It has foxed people for four months and she did it within half an hour. Rachel has a really good way about her, she grnuinely cares about people and I've no doubt always does a good job. She enquired genuinely about me, my safety and I can imagine with people really struggling she is a calm ship in a choppy sea. I massively appreciate her work, the people on the reception were kind when I couldn't find the entrance and when I couldn't press the button to leave. There must be so many people who really need your service and from my experience you will do an outstanding job. Thank you, Rachel, it was the best Christmas present I've received! I couldn't praise you or the team more highly.
