I came for support following a sexual asault. I asked for a safe, private place to talk and Sammy offered me this. She was incredibly easy to talk to, kind, empathetic and factual. She made my experience very easy and signposted me to services for help as well as helping me with a support plan. All staff were friendly and welcoming and made the experience so much easier than i thought it would have been. Thank you Sammy, you are amazing at what you do and I am so grateful that you put me so much at ease.
