The ladies made me feel completely at ease; they explained everything clearly and I felt entirely supported. Nice to be seen by genuine, empathetic and highly informative people for once (compared to GP practices and hospitals). I cannot recommend this place enough.

The telephone line didn’t seem to be set up right, I was initially on hold for a very long time but if I clicked a different option I was put through straight away.
