Regarding the concept of giving and taking, (human compassion and kindness), an experience of mine where I wanted to give another patient an old coat of mine that was no longer wanted by myself, this was not allowed on the ward - quite simply to safeguard any arguments over giving and taking. Which could be understood to a degree, but its turning one's back on compassion and giving and taking, and kindness. So basically in this particular hospital it is not allowed for us to give or to accept items from each other, which I think is quite sad to turn our backs on the cup of human kindness.

Suggested improvements
My psychologist (Lydia Sear), I find her to be very efficient at her job. She asks me all the correct things, which I am very comfortable to answer, and I find that very helpful. I find her to be very understanding in what I have to say regarding my past where my illness is concerned. And she has helped me to rationalise my thinking in for the better, regarding my illness.
