Transport:-) Class:- Good tutor, very knowledgeable. Easy exercises, but felt like work easy to continue exercises at home to build strength and confidence. What can be improved. Dream: To take away my pain! A chance to get to know others at the group may be. Name labels for first few weeks - preferred names.

Positive - Attentive, helpful, conscientious. Was for improvement:- 1. Common TV screens with no head phones facility is impractical - Doesn't allow for individual preferences. 2. Portable radio was provided without head phones - again impinging on other patients. 3. TV's are an open invitation for staff with little and do, and stand and ward. 4. Night staff seem and congregate at the end of the corridor making - voices carry down the corridor. Level of noise is too great. 5.Doors slam shut - Need adjusting.

-Managed to get all treatment done efficiently liaising at the GP. -Not anas to be improved. -Best service at paramedics.
