The idea of 'shard' care between DN's and agency carers for invasive procedures is a potential disaster waiting to happen.
Agency carers have a fast turnover, some speak very little English. Dn's would be re-training endlessly.

Every day, receive the best care - the nurse today took time to ask how I was feeling and also asked about my welfare - this is something they do every day.
