It has been sympathetic but well measured to my physical limitations, yet and positive, it has led to a progressive and already improvement in very mobility. I am totally satisfied with my treatment given by charming ladies.

The expertise of the nurse/practitioners. It's great relieve to a patient when you're dealt with by somebody who knows exactly what is wrong and how to help you!
Improve their facilities (give them a computer etc) they can help many more.

Waiting time for a doppler was too long and condition had deteriorated before start of treatment at Conway Court.

The nurses are all very professional, very friendly and communicative. They all put me at my ease. I was most impressed and gratified when, in quite severe pain in my ankles, one nurse suggested I try a different medication to target the nerves, and it worked. Nothing is too much trouble to them, and I am grateful. An improvement would be - if possible - more accurate appointment times to avoid long waits both to patients and their relatives/carers. Also to make waiting time more pleasant perhaps some hot drinks on the premises? if possible.
