So convient to have a drop in clinic - previously was very hard to get a quick/near appt.
Technique off blood taker gentleman was excellent, polite and lovely manner.

Quick, efficient, professional and friendly. Thought I'd have to wait ages with the new walk-in service but i was only here for 10 -15 minutes in total.
