The was all the nurses were friendly and treated you like a person.
I have always had very good care from the NHS and my last visits have not changed. If anything are better.
15 yrs with diabetes.
My care has been wonderful.
"They've all been good to me".
No comment on what could be improved with prompted.
(This patient cannot write nurse recorded).
Excellent explanation of options and process. Unhurried so was able to ask questions and receive clear answers.
No improvements needed.
Continuity of staff is reassuring.
I don't know what nurses abilities, I can't judge it.
Only been couple of days.
Can't think of any improvements.
The obviously expert one to one involvement and the great care and support when small targets are achieved.
The volume of support in different field: physio: occ. therapy: speech: nursing and the encouragement received.
The knowledge that post care support could be available if deemed necessary.
Improvement.
Obviously, extra time would be of benefit, but funding etc must be taken into account.
