I did not know extra support was available until the hospital made the referral. At a very stressful time (due to my daughter's health issue) it was great to have a visit and offer of extra in put. It was very relaxed and not forced upon us but l was thankful for the opportunity to discuss any concerns in general as well as regarding the health issue.
