I cannot praise this service enough, it has been an absolute lifeline. Having been discharged fromA&E exhausted and unable to walk I was completely helpless at home. Someone came to assess my situation within a few hours of me calling, arranged for carers to visit, provided equipment and helped me get practical things sorted out. Much better for everyone if you can recover from an accident at home given the right help, which is exactly what they did.
