great service and timing - shame about the car parking issues on a daily occurrence - any chance of the RAC van moving as its there daily and obviously not a patient/staff as parked overnight and doesn't move

I’ve been with Bourne Hall for 47 years. They are absolutely brilliant. I have never had a bad experience or communication problems with them. The new gentleman that does physio is brilliant! He is happy to explain everything in detail, listen to what I have to say, and genuinely cares.

Cindy was very helpful and treated me kindly and had a nice chat.

I waited nearly an hour for my appointment so was stressed when meeting Rebecca. I realise she is new to the job but no apology issued, was on point of leaving to go home and ask for another appointment t. Let’s hope she quickens up!

Great service, member of staff was excellent.

The young lady physiotherapist is a great professional. She exactly knew what my condition could be and the exercise and diagnosis I received has helped me a lot. Sorry I don't really remember her name, am not very good with names as such
