caring friendly staff ( all of them) staff certainly knew their job impressive shift handover briefing attention to individual patients with details of needs & pain management. cleanliness & personal hygene is at top of priority list. what could be improved simplified paperwork? certainly could be used for training staff at other hospitals.

the nursing care was excellent. I felt like nothing was too much trouble and staff had time for you. very attentive and extremely helpful as well as being pleasant. the ward overall had a lovely pleasant atmosphere and nobody seemed to be teaming round like some wards. as a nurse myself it has restored my faith in the proffession!! sometimes nursing/ward staff get very bad press I cannot fault the care.
