More nurses!!!
All staff were kind and I was well looked after
I thought that when the staff had the time the care was excellent. I think that initially there should have been more vigilance with regards Mum´s Urinary Tract Infection.
I think on ward 4 initially Mum´s dietary needs should have been better catered for i.e. Beef caserole served to her when she was on a soft diet. I am sure that with more resources Mums care would have been better - But no.
each member of staff treated me with respect nothing was a trouble, they went out of their way to make us comfortable.
Staff very friendly and approachable
Relaxed atmosphere-nothing a problem.
John, Ian and Katherine were excellent!
Everyone very consistent and most helpful also cheerful. The ward is very calm and the food is very good. Five star!
During my stay the care and level of service has been fantastic and consistent. The staff are amazing and they have treated me with dignity and respect.
I can think of no areas to be improved.
