My stay was unexpected but could not have been more welcomed lovely ward and all staff great.

All staff were very caring and professional at all times. They provide support when needed and assisted in the promotion of independence in a structured and caring way. The ward and surrounding areas are very clean and comfortable. I am unable to single out any one member of staff as they are a fantastic team.

Superb staff on the ward. Attentive at all times and always "happy to help" whatever the time of day. This includes all the various levels of staff on the ward. Check in was efficient, check out was efficient. Improvement - seriously the high level toilet seats do not cater for the male fraternity - no allowance for male scrotal area / testides / penis.

staff are friendly, patient and caring food is ok and on lovely atmosphere

Nurses always there for you no matter what, Gives you more than treatment, ie. a cuddle when your down, advice when you need it, a smile and a good laugh to help you on your way. Everyone involved work as a team. Could not get any better,
