Most of the nurses are very kind and helpful. One or two seemed to be unpleasant when I didn't think it was called for but mainly the nurses were wonderful the unpleasant but just happened twice.

All self concern were answered all questions about care explained. Staff on all shifts are pleasant & supportive. I'm unable to think of anything for improvement, because the staff seem to have all areas covered.

All of the staff were kind and helpful, and gave the impression they enjoyed working there. I though there was a lack of information about day to day procedures, leaving me fearing about what would happen next.
