Qed.
The care was very good.
Great staff.
The staff were kind, and responded quickly when a bell was rung. They were cheerful and sympathetic when needed.
Most of the meals were good, especially the fish and chips and ice cream.
I am happy to have been here and have no complaints. I was very impressed that Mr. Sudhakar came twice to visit myself and the woman inn the next bed, and even removed our bandages himself.
Everything about my care was absolutely brilliant. I really cant find with anything or anybody. This is the second knee replacement in the last 16 months and from the surgeon theatre staff and ward 18 and can`t find fault. Ward 18 is a team, good at what they do pleasant, caring and efficient.
The ward is spotless too.
The care was excellent and I dont think there is much, if any improvement needed, all the staff were polite, responsive and always in contact.
