Lovely kind staff, friendly atmosphere, made me feel relaxed in a difficult embarrassing part of mgh and my partners likes. Could have later appointments.

I think that the team do their best for every patient(s) and use a personal sensitive approach. It has been nothing but a delight and a pleasure dealing with Eileen. She is an asset to the hospital.

Both Carol and Eileen were very sensitive and caring to my wife.
They took the time to explain all the details throughout the procedure.
My wife was very upset and in A bad way mentally but with the appointment and phone calls to Eileen they gave her the reassurance and confidence to go through the successful :) treatment!
Outstanding service and personal care.
