The genuine care I received from arrival onwards has been first class.
I could not have wished for the better care. The whole team are fantastic and it shines through and reflects on the patient's. (Reception ward 20, theater staff and consultants).
I have been on this ward twice now and feel as though I have received private treatment, you're all stars.

1. Don't delay/after appointment time at last minute.
2. Have physio work until day ward closes - 20:30.

The staff were very good everything seemed to go smoothly only downside the chairs in waiting room were uncomfortable and made my back pain worse.
