I don't think anything could be improved. The staff were absolutely brilliant couldn't have been any nicer. It made a nice change for the staff to have time to talk as well as look after patients.

This procedure was made an easy experience by the caring, professional, kind and courteous professionalism of the staff, doctors, nurses and anaesthetist, everyone of all levels with whom I came into contact. My grateful thanks to all from the cleaners to the consultants.
