All services were amazing!!
All my care was good. Nothing at all to improve.
All members of the nursing team were well informed about mobilisation techniques, and constantly were encouraging patients. The student morals (who were at an early stage in their training) seemed to lack the confidence to advise yet.
Midday ward round? Breach confidentiality- whole being can hear. The ward was too warm, especially at night; I feel that this accelerated the nature experienced by several of us.
Food could be better- vegetables often cold when I received food.
1st class attention.
Food excellent.
Staff caring and cheerful.
No improvements necessary.
Within time and restriction of staff excellent. Obviously they are overworked and understaffed, but they mostly do not give this impression in their dealing with individuals.
Everything was fine and very professional.
Nothing can just keep doing what you doing.
No complaints.
My care was second to none, staff were on hand when needed. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I can't thank them enough.
The doctors and medical staff were excellent physio were the best so far and have brought me from no hope to outfit as I can be.
