Brought my mum for an appointment ans whilst waiting in reception somebody collapsed. The response from all the staff was fantastic. Nurses were there within seconds, a screen placed around for privacy was up and reception had the doors closed and asking if calls needed to be made. The whole situation was handled extremely well and could not fault at all how it was dealt with, very impressed.
