I had an appointment at 8 pm. I was called by a male nurse around 8.15. Due to the nature of my illness he said he would get a female nurse to see me. I then had to wait a further 30 minutes as I had been put back down the list! A female nurse called me in at 8.50 and told me she had to send me a text first! Not professional at all.
