I have the highest respect and admiration for the way in which the nursing and physiotherapy staff conduct themselves on Ward 17. There is always a willingness to respond to patients needs in a concerned and professional way. Team spirit is well developed thus ensuring that the job gets done, usually under pressure. My only concern is that with the number of "high maintenance" patients in the ward.
