Every member of staff made me feel that they cared about me- nothing was too much trouble. The ward was warm,friendly and run extremely efficiently with just the right amount of humour [ ] to make us feel at home relaxed but un-patronised.The standard of cleanliness was impressive only more staff could improve this They were run off their feet!
