Staff were kind and attentive. A great nd very experienced health care assistant was able to step in and help with a dressing which was proving tricky.
Suggested improvements
The trainee paramedic was very kind but somewhat inexperienced and needed the assistance of the health care assistant. A nurse used to dealing with wounds and dressings would have been perhaps better.
I was also told on the ward when I rang the JR the previous day that I probably needed to see a doctor as the dressing was also causing an allergic reaction hence having to ring 111 and then them book me at Bicester however I didn't see a doctor.

The whole team from reception to doctor were first class.

Care, when we got to see the dr.

I was feeling very unwell. We were not told the dr was running 45 minutes late - whilst I accept that this is urgent care and this happens because of the unpredictable nature. , i think we should have been told there was a wait and roughly how long. For sone reason a wait seems less frustrating if you are told about it.
Also, as someone attending with severe D&V , better signing for the toilets would have been appreciated!
