I am filling in this form for my elderly mother who had a fall in her home. Despite being late at night we were looked after extremely well, first by Helen? the receptionist who made sure Mum was seen quickly, and then by Lucy Weaver and Karen. We never felt rushed or a nuisance. Lucy and Karen kept us informed throughout as to what was happening and what they were doing and why they were doing it. They could not have been more patient, kinder or more caring. They are all a credit to the team and we cannot thank them enough for looking after Mum so well.
