Pleasant and helpful nurse. This building came up as a minor injuries unit. Online but isn't apparently so I've waited 40 minutes and will need to go to another hospital.

When I spoke to the nurse, Gail, on the phone she was very caring. I then saw her at the agreed time next morning and she was so very helpful, caring and explained everything so well.
