The staff in every capacity at the Bicester community hospital are par excellence. Disciplined and very caring. I cannot praise it too highly anf after visiting my husband each day for his 8 week stay in the JR in Nov/Dec I would suggest that staff my husband experienc ed they could learn much from the staff here. If I had one criticism it is that I was never give info.

My father says he could not have asked for better care. Nurses are very kind and treat him with dignity. The hospital is a lovely place.

First class care, reassured, listened to, Gail the nurse showed compassion ad delivered great care. Procedures explained and I felt extremely looked after. Outstanding.

No wait 12 hours for a phone call from 111 and then not been seen until 8 pm. I did get treated very well here and I would recommend your service.

Give members out so that you know when you can be expected to be seen. Obviously realizing if emergency came in they would take priority.

Doctors were very sympathetic towards my daughter who has tonsillitis. Also previous when my son had a severe reaction to penicillin.
