My husband spent 4 weeks at Bicester Community Hospital. He was transferred after surgery for a fractured femur from the Horton hospital. Apart from the fracture he had several health issues. Mainly Parkinson's dementia. At times his behaviour was challenging. All his issues were dealt within a caring and professional manner. If he had to be hospitalised anywhere I'm glad it was Bicester. Being in a spotlessly clean fresh environment with a lovely outdoor space made such a difference. The staff at all levels, administrative and nursing were caring and very helpful. The advice and emotional support they gave me in a very difficult situation was first class. Thank you.

Politeness, helpful, giving possible solutions for the patient's requirements as a result of BHX and the chemist failed to offer correct care.
Could not have been any better.
Speed of care. Over the phone advice prior to visit. In depth care from practitioner.
Very attentive and sympathetic.
Saw me very quickly even though I am out of area.
Constant check-backs by nurse Gayle and nurse Karen whether I was Ok. Thorough checks immediately seen to due to possible TIA, everything explained.
Dr. Silvester was very comprehensive and thorough.
