Highly delighted with the care. Attitude of staff much more positive and pro active than the previous hospital. You can see him improving here where as at the Horton he was passed from pillar to post and no one had time to deal with him due to his negative attitude. But as a result of the care at Bicester Community Hospital he may be able to go home to family rather than an old folks home.
If you ask staff a question they know the answer or come back with an answer within 20 minutes with the answer. WOW!
