Share review of Bicester Community Hospital

The rooms are lovely - large with loads of space, beautifully kept and spotlessly clean. Nurses and staff are really friendly, but I have one complaint - no one kept me informed with what was going on. I didn't know my husband had a chest infection until he'd been on antibiotics for two days. Likewise I didn't know he'd been taken off his Metformin and water tablets until recently. I think this is an area that really needs addressing, as we should be kept informed. I was also told two days ago that Ron was having a chest X-ray, but I wasn't told officially.
