Overall good but there are consistently times of day when there are not enough members of staff e.g. In evening when She wants to be put to bed. Because the patient can't talk it means that she needs staff to pop into her room more often. Her condition also means she finds it very hard to press the red button.

Response from Bicester Community Hospital

Thank you for your comment. We have strict safer staffing guidelines that are set to provide the most efficient and cost effective care for the number of patients on the Ward. However we appreciate patient demand can sometimes increase at times, this is obviously hard to predict so staff have to prioritise their workload accordingly. We will take your comments on board and look at ways of improving individual care.
