Doctor was compassionate and thoughtful

The reception desk for out of hours was not obvious. As you come in it looks like the reception desk is unmanned. The out of hours reception lights were off and the receptionist sits lower than can easily be seen from other parts of the room. The feedback text looks like a scam, OHFT is not an obvious acronym and the link doesn't look trustworthy
