Tonight i visited the out of hours service at Bicester Community Hospital with my 5 year old Son. The service we received was very fast, high quality, caring and totally patient centred. Gaynor Catanach the advanced practitioner was wonderful with my son. She took time to explained everything to me clearly. Gaynor was very person centred with my son and explained everything in terms he could understand which really help with ensuring he remained calm and engaged. The medicine he required was dispensed on site, meaning i didn't have to take my poorly boy off somewhere else to collect - Brilliant service. The environment as a whole was lovely. Great out of hours service all round. Thank you very much for helping my little man get on the mead.
