Nurses all fairly helpful and friendly, most of them extremely so. I’d have been very much happier in a single room. Even apart from that, rather a lot of noises in the night. But altogether, I was very well helped to get better.

Thank you for your comment. Unfortunately it is not always possible to accommodate single room requests as it is dependent on the needs of each individual staying on the ward at the time of your admission. Although staff try to minimise noise at nights it is inevitable that call bells will be pressed and staff will be completing patient observations.
