The lady on reception wasn’t interested in registering me in despite me clearly stating my child’s name and that we have an appointment. This resulted in us waiting over 40 mins to see the gap whilst my toddler had raging fever. All we got was a cold apology, she didn’t even try to pretend she cared. She was more interested in scrolling Rightmove website on her computer. Awful experience, shame for the hard work of the doctors.
