Care could be improved if the qualified staff actually had contact with patients there is virtually no interaction as they spend 99% of their time doing paper work in the office. The healthcare assistants are left to deal with patients-they are excellent, but surely patients qualified staff. Get them out of the office!!

Lack of counselling having difficulty paying bills i.e - my phone bill is now 200 euros with interest going up.
