But they probably were too busy to be distributed by someone who was silent!.

All aspects relating to research tests and treatment were fully explained. Abby is very easy to talk to, understanding, caring and a lovely person so when we visit she gets more out of my husband as he feels very comfortable with her and can talk about his feelings knowing he won't be judged.

I am always greeted with great delight a happy smiling face and courtesy. I am treated with much respect and consideration both during and after my consultations. All members of the hospital I have the pleasure to meet are always kind, polite efficient and helpful at all times throughout my visits. It was an absolutely enjoyable experience to share my time with the staff (my wife shares the same views).
