The sessions available throughout the day. For example - Tai Chi.
Art (painting, drawing, card making etc).
Current affairs discussion group (tho I did not attend myself), relaxation.
Walks off the ward (in the grounds) escorted or not, depending on individuals needs/case. Visits to the chapel if requested/desired and also talks and discussions with Steve the minister (a very nice chap). There is also a very well equipped gym which is supervised at all times when available.

Well Suise is always running around I think I would talk to anyone about my feelings. She always listen she sometimes don't take her break when she see distred.
She amazing hsa your luck to have her.

Nice women staff.
Ok blokes(staff).
All man ward, would preferred to be mixed.
